This is a recruitment for one (1) full-time Permanent Appointment, available for an immediate start. This position is located in Shenton Park, Perth.

Position Profile: We are seeking to recruit a suitably experienced and enthusiastic person to the position of Executive Assistant. This dynamic position provides confidential high-level executive support to the Chief Executive of WA Country Health Service (WACHS) to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of an administrative and executive support function, including providing leadership to staff in similar roles across the organisation.
The successful applicant for this role will be required to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, including the ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities within tight deadlines, as well as the ability to work flexible hours where required to meet these deadlines and ensure coverage of key meetings.
Ideally, the successful applicant will have previously provided Executive level support to a Chief Executive Officer or similar Executive position in a large and complex organisation.
Other Conditions: WA Health engages staff in positions of trust and responsibility. WA Health policies require applicants to undertake criminal records screening and integrity checking as part of the appointment process. Referees may also be asked to comment on an applicant's integrity and past demonstration of ethical behaviour.
