Role title: Executive Assistant
Work location: All work is required to be completed from our Tullamarine (VIC, Australia) office. Some work from home possibilities after probation period has passed.
Employment basis: Full Time employee.
Available to: People with a right to work in Australia. We are not able to offer visa support.
Planned start date: Feb 2025

Your challenges: Wrangling a creative and industry-leading Managing Director with poor time management skills.
Your approach: Enjoy working in structured environments and following business processes. Detail oriented and time-conscious.
Your day-to-day:
Administer MDs diary;Attend to personal family accounting, insurance, legal and investment matters;Attend to ad-hoc tasks;Facilitate project advancement;Administer decisions from meetings;Organise Managing Director email inbox;Improve EA role documentation.Working hours: Nominally 7.6 hours each weekday, 0830 start time. Some flexibility may be required.
Formal qualifications required: Drivers' license.
Required skills and experience: Advanced computer skills; advanced numeracy and literacy skills. Proficient with Microsoft O365 products. At least 10 years professional work as an Executive Assistant.
Favourable skills and experience: Paid years working in logistics, film, lighting, or technical event production industries. Tertiary qualification.
Remuneration: Yearly gross salary of $120k, plus Superannuation. (Level 8 in the Live Performance Award)
