We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior leaders in achieving their goals.
Due to the nature of the role, we do require the successful candidate to be able to attend the office five days per week.
Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to the senior leadership team.Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Act as a liaison between the senior leadership team and internal/external stakeholders.Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.QualificationsProven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of discretion and confidentiality.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.What next?
