We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the General Manager (Australia) and the Australian Business Management team to join our team in Truganina, Melbourne. You will play a critical role in ensuring the coordination of administrative functions for the Australian business that ensures a seamless delivery of service.
Key Responsibilities: Act as a key point of contact for the GM including actioning calls and emails, responding to urgent enquiries and following up with relevant team members and other business units as required Provide executive support, including proactive diary management, meeting coordination, and preparation of documents and reports. Assist with end-to-end travel coordination, including booking flights, accommodation, and other logistics. Manage office operations and relationships with third-party suppliers. Lead and manage an Administration Assistant, ensuring high-performance outcomes. Support organisational initiatives and assist in supporting projects as required What we're looking for: Previous experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, supporting senior management. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and strong office technology skills. Exceptional time management and organizational abilities, with experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with trustworthiness and discretion. Experience managing, developing or mentoring people contributing to their development. You will be personable, approachable, and ideally have a passion for the agricultural industry.
