We're looking for someone just as driven to join our journey!The RoleBased at our Dandenong Head Office, the Executive Assistant is responsible for the delivery of office administration and confidential secretarial support service for the Managing Director, Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors. With no two days being the same, this role will also at times see you acting as the point of contact between the executives, internal and external stakeholders.The crux of this role includes:Timely and effective diary management of the Managing Director and CFO.Collating and uploading Board of Directors reports to reporting system Convene.Ensuring executive and non-executive directors are kept updated with changes.Management of the CEO calendar including scheduling meetings and tasks and events.Providing administrative support to the Company Secretary and Board including preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes and scheduling meetings and dinners.Reconciling credit card expenditure.Coordination of travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, reservations and logistics.About youYOU will be critical to the smooth running of senior managers! The person most suited to doing so will have:Demonstrated experience in a role of a similar nature including providing support at an executive level.Demonstrated experience in a role which provides support to a board of directors.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.The ability to anticipate the needs of the management team through superior communication, experienced proactiveness and knowledge of the EA function.Next level attention to detail, organisational and time management abilities and the know-how to manage expectations.A personable and social disposition which remains professional and appropriate for the workplace.Respect for the highly confidential nature of the Executive Assistant role.The scope to evolve your skills and experience with the evolving nature of the Company and this position.Our CultureAt Ventura, we want our people to love coming to work, drive innovative ideas and strive to achieve.
