Be the trusted assistant senior leaders rely on every day!As the Executive Assistant, you'll be the right hand to the Chief Executive Officer, Executive General Manager, and Executive Director, helping them navigate their busy schedules and manage key projects.
Your role will be essential to keeping everything running smoothly, ensuring they can focus on driving the business forward.
If you have experience supporting C-suite executives, thrive in a high-energy environment, love staying organised, and excel at building relationships, this could be the perfect role for you.
INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO: Manage and maintain busy calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel (both domestic and international).Be the first point of contact for executives, handling calls and visitors with tact and professionalism.Coordinate and communicate key projects across departments and regions, including liaising with our teams in Japan and the Asia-Pacific.Prepare polished presentations, board papers, and communications for internal and external audiences.Organise meetings, take notes, and draft minutes to ensure everyone is aligned and action-ready.Process expense reports, draft correspondence, and assist with operational planning and meeting documentation.Proactively prioritise and handle time-sensitive matters, ensuring the leadership team stays on track.WHAT YOU HAVE: 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, working with C-suite leaders.Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).A knack for building positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to handle tight deadlines.Strong analytical and reporting skills to support decision-making.If you're a proactive, professional, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant looking for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you!
