Part of a multi-billion dollar global organisation this opportunity presents a chance to join a growing and stable organisation who are leading their industry. A rare opportunity has become available for an experienced, professional and dynamic Executive Assistant to join their team to provide support to the Managing Director of the Australian business.
Essentially the Managing Director's "right hand person", you will be responsible for all EA duties including:
Complex diary and calendar managementEmail managementLiaising with wider senior management team and internal stakeholdersCollect and prepare information used in conferences, reports and board meetingsOrganise and coordinate events, lead company charity initiativesTake minutes for board meetings and track action items with leadership teamTravel arrangements and coordinating overseas visitors to AustraliaOther administration duties as requiredAs the successful candidate you will thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment. You will have had extensive experience as an Executive Assistant at a director/ c-suite level.
You will also have:
Exceptional communication and presentation skillsA proactive approach to your workThe ability to take initiativeThe ability to prioritise for the MD and act as the gate keeper for low priority issues.Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Suite)Proven experience in being highly organised with high attention to detailIn return you will be joining a reputable global organisation experiencing growth and offering great long-term stability.
