What You'll Do: Provide executive support, including diary and email management, keeping the senior leader organised and on track.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and property-related events with precision.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and professional communications.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to maintain excellent relationships.
Streamline workflows and administrative processes for maximum efficiency.
Support marketing efforts, including social media coordination and campaign tracking.
Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
