An exceptional opportunity has become available for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a market leading organization based in Sydney's West supporting the CEO.

The Role
The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in partnering with the CEO to ensure their day runs seamlessly.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Coordinate the CEO's calendar, including sending meeting requests, preparing agendas and managing relevant requestsArrange travel and accommodation for the CEO and visiting stakeholdersAnswer and screen incoming calls to the CEO acting as a gatekeeper to ensure focus as neededManage the CEO's inbox ensuring prompt responses are provided and tasks triagedManage the CEO's expensesManaging and booking meetings roomsPrepare correspondence, reports and documentation on behalf of the CEOManage and process electronic and hard copy written communicationsCompile research as directed by the CEOSupport the wider team as required across administrative tasksWork proficiently across MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel Skills & Experience Stable experience working in a similar Executive Assistant role ideally within a layered and busy companyConfidence and experience in building relationships including managing key stakeholdersProvide a highly professional, courteous and responsive approach internally and externally at all timesImpeccable communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyProven knowledge of MS packages including Word, PowerPoint and ExcelStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to prioritise tasks and work well under pressureAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines The Client
