This is a high-profile role within a team that prides itself on being collaborative, innovative and having a growth mindset.What your day-to-day looks like:You will be responsible for managing an efficient workflow, working to tight deadlines and are required to be flexible with an open attitude to change.
Some of your core responsibilities will require you to:Provide a high level of support to your executives, including diary and inbox management.Keep across your executives' priorities and action items to ensure they are actioned and completed within a reasonable time and completing actions on their behalf when possible.Ensure any preparation for meetings is done ahead of time.Prepare correspondence, communications, reports, presentations and other documentation.Respond to internal & external stakeholder queries.Take minutes and distribute management meetings for your executives.Handle Ad Hoc Tasks and Projects as required.Manage expenses for your executives.Handle highly sensitive information with discretion.Occasionally support extra executives due to annual leave or business requirements.Ideally you will already have:Proven experience in supporting several executives.Comfort and confidence working in a fast-paced industry such as media, radio or television.Great interpersonal skills – being approachable and professional is essential.Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding written/presentation skills.The ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively to execute key deliverables with conflicting deadlines.The ability to be resourceful, solve problems and think outside the square.Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and an affinity for process improvement using tools such as Trello, Microsoft Teams and associated Apps.Why you will love working at Nova:Access to Learning and Development programs & internal opportunities – all staff have access to LinkedIn Learning as well as other in-house training days.
