Roles and Responsibilities: We are on the lookout for a poised and professional Executive Assistant to provide unparalleled support to our Managing Director.
This is your opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping the wheels of the organisation turning smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include: Diary & Inbox Management: Full access to the executive inbox and managing Outlook calendars.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and prepare agendas for meetings, including weekly supervisor meetings in Pyrmont.
Travel Coordination: Organise and manage travel arrangements for the executive.
Administrative Support: Liaise with clients, handle payments (including cheques), and manage general office duties.
Stakeholder Engagement: Interact professionally with clients and team members across the city and eastern suburbs.
About You: To excel in this role, you will need: Proven experience as a PA or EA, preferably in the construction industry.
Proficiency in Outlook and MS Office Suite.
Full-time availability with the ability to work onsite in Pyrmont.
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for client and site visits.
Strong organisational skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to remain focused under pressure.
A calm and adaptable personality with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
