Our work will take you in different directions We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team based in Mascot.
Reporting to the Managing Director, Australia and New Zealand you will provide proactive support to key leaders.
You will play a key role in driving optimisation and efficiency.
What will you be doing?
Provide support to the MD on all day-to-day operations Providing Diary & email management broader support to 11 members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) across ANZ Responsible for answering/redirecting enquiries from internal and external stakeholders Travel management and coordination for the ELT Meeting preparation including reports, presentations and minutes Effective management of internal relationships – both locally and internationally Support with special projects and/or events as and when required What are we looking for?
Demonstrated experience supporting leadership teams at an executive level Experience working within a global organisation is advantageous Ability to support project initiatives, with experience sitting in executive meetings and conferences Customer centric focus - ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Excellent communication skills – ability to influence, coach and mentor managers and partner with the business Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Proactive, can-do attitude Discretion, diplomacy and the ability to maintain confidentiality There's so much more to KONE than you may realise.
