So join our team and build your careers with us!Executive AssistantDivision: Boral Constr Mat LimitedWork type: Permanent - full timeLocation: SydneyKey Responsibilities:Executive Support: Provide seamless administrative support to two senior executives, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements.Communication Management: Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and correspondence, acting as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.Meeting & Event Coordination: Prepare agendas, schedule meetings, arrange logistics, and attend meetings to take minutes and follow up on action items.Document Management: Organize, maintain, and manage important documents, contracts, and reports to ensure they are up-to-date, properly filed, and easily accessible.Project Assistance: Support executives in tracking key project timelines, deliverables, and liaising with project managers and teams to ensure smooth progress and deadlines are met.General Office Administration: Oversee general office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating office maintenance, and liaising with external vendors and contractors.Ad-hoc Tasks: Handle special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support business operations.Key Requirements:Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role, ideally within the construction or related industries.Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to prioritize and manage tasks for two senior executives simultaneously.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other office management tools.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously and manage competing deadlines.A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate the needs of executives and respond accordingly.Previous experience in the construction industry is highly desirable but not essential.Why Join Us?Competitive Salary commensurate with experience.Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside passionate professionals in a supportive and dynamic atmosphere.Career Development: Opportunities for growth and development within a thriving company.Work-life Balance: We prioritize your well-being and offer a flexible, balanced work environment.About BoralWe are Australia's leading vertically-integrated construction materials solution provider and have been helping to build and enable a strong, modern Australia for more than 75 years.
