About Audience Republic: Audience Republic is an all-in-one CRM and marketing platform for events, venues, artists, and creators. Our clients include some of the world's most renowned names, with events featuring artists like Justin Bieber, Post Malone, RÜFÜS DU SOL, ODESZA, and Flume.
Our headquarters is located in Sydney, with other roles distributed across North America and UK/Europe. This role is onsite at our Redfern office.
What You'll Be Doing: CEO Support: Act as the right hand to the CEO, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, following up on action items and ensuring priorities are effectively managed.Invoicing & Billing: Manage client invoicing, payments, and follow-ups with precision and timeliness.Leave & HR Administration: Administer employee leave policies, track requests, and ensure compliance with company policies.Office Management: Oversee office supplies, coordinate team events, and maintain a productive, collaborative workspace.Team Engagement: Plan and organize social activities to foster a positive team culture.Reporting & Metrics: Update key scorecards, metrics, and reports to support leadership decision-making.Process Compliance: Monitor and improve operational processes, addressing gaps proactively.Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage end-to-end processes for new and departing employees, including documentation, system access, and orientation.What We're Looking For: Experience: 2+ years in an administrative or operations management role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, project management software (e.g., Notion), and HR/finance systems (Xero/Bamboo).Detail-Oriented: You thrive on accuracy and love creating order out of chaos.Proactive & Solutions-Focused: You anticipate needs and tackle challenges head-on with a problem-solving mindset.Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Team Player: Collaborative and approachable, with a focus on supporting the team's success.If you've formerly been an EA this would be highly regarded.How do we work? #Customer Obsessed: You'll be dedicated to understanding our customers, becoming an expert on their challenges and how to solve them.
