A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the executive team of a leading ASX-listed software company.
Working at the heart of the organisation, this role provides a rare chance to work directly with the CEO and the Global Head of Corporate Services, contributing to both administrative and strategic corporate initiatives.Role Overview:The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting executive-level management by efficiently managing key administrative tasks, facilitating communication across the organisation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
This role combines Executive Assistant expertise with strategic corporate support, making it ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-profile environment.Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Global Head of Corporate Services, managing complex schedules across multiple time zones.Serve as a central liaison between the CEO, executives, and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.Support strategic corporate initiatives and projects that align with the CEO's goals.Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documents with accuracy and discretion.Coordinate travel, meetings, and logistics for global engagements.Candidate Profile:Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally at the C-suite level.Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, paired with a professional presence.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.Comfortable working in an international context, managing global schedules and priorities.Benefits:This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work at the core of a high-profile ASX-listed organisation in a fascinating industry.
