Permanent role in the Chief Technology Office. Sydney CBD based. Exceptional Career Development Opportunity How will I help? The Executive Assistant (EA) will be responsible for providing overall support to our Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO) by delivering efficient and effective oversight and coordination of all administrative and operational processes.
As required, this may also include general support to the leadership team.
You will also be responsible for, but not limited to:
Diary management for the GM CTO, including coordination of internal and external meetings and ensuring they are fully prepared for all meetings with papers, appropriate travel and break times and proactively manage the follow-up of outstanding business issues. Inbox management including filing, monitoring and prioritisation of emails based on urgency and importance. Working closely with the Business Manager and the EAs across the wider Technology domain and network as required. Managing travel arrangements, expenses and processing accounts, payments, and reimbursements in a timely and compliant manner via internal IT systems. Bespoke administrative, operational and organisational support to a high-profile Executive Leader. Event management support including team offsites, co-ordinating town hall meetings and other gatherings as required. Dealing with a variety of business-related requests from key internal and external stakeholders. What do I need? You will have previous experience working as an Executive Assistant, and can self-manage, and achieve objectives within an ambiguous, changing environment.
You will be able to effectively communicate with and influence internal stakeholders and have strong organisational and time management skills.
Proactive, accountable, and able to execute responsibilities with professionalism, you will have:
Exceptional people and relationship management skills & expertise, Advanced diary and email management expertise, underpinned by advanced PC literacy (e.g.
MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams). An extremely high attention to detail with excellent planning and organisation skills. Advanced experience coordinating events, meetings, travel arrangements and accommodation. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal expertise and able to communicate effectively at all levels. Previous experience working in the supporting Technology executives within a large corporate setting is ideal (e.g.
ICT, Financial Services, Consulting). A proven ability to operate in a busy and dynamic EA capacity supporting C-Suite Executives and working towards deadlines and with competing demands. How do I apply? Start here.
