You are an energetic Executive Assistant who has a commitment to excellence and a talent for adapting your style, where you will provide support across the Information Technology Department. Reporting to the Group Head Assistant you will join a high performing Executive Support team while operating independently in your sector.
As a well-rounded Executive Assistant, you will be hands-on, have strong attention to detail, excellent time management and have a willingness to learn bank knowledge quickly. Your experience working across a variety of different leadership styles, diverse needs and separate operating patterns will set you up for success. Collaborating regularly with the wider RBA EA community and leadership teams, you will utilise your exceptional interpersonal skills and integrity in your work in the daily pursuit of great outcomes for the bank.
Your experience:Comprehensive management of email, calendar and daily schedulesMinute taking and follow-up of action items from management and team meetingsArrangement of domestic and overseas travelGeneral administration including correspondence, expenses and reportingProduce work promptly in an open and dynamic environmentYou will be:Proactive with ability to anticipate needs and consistently show initiativeAssertive in nature and proficient in managing expectationsExtremely organised, multitasker and thrive in an agile environmentStrong organisational and problem-solving skillsAbility to build trusted relationships across the Bank quickly to enable tasks to be actioned efficientlyAdvanced Microsoft Office skills and the ability to adapt to new technology quicklyApprox. 5 years' experience as an Executive AssistantYour team:You will be part of a thriving team of Executive Assistants and will support two Deputy Heads. Your experience will be valued and you will support the overall growth in these areas at the Bank. You will also be part of an engaging and collaborative team as part of the broader Group Operations teams, a group of specialists in their own areas of expertise with a similar goal to deliver the best results for the bank.
