Come join us.The roleAn exceptional opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to support our Chief People Office Officer (CPO) and the People Team or for a Personal Assistant seeking a career step up into an Executive Assistant. This is a crucial varied role supporting a member of our executive team with ensuring schedules run seamlessly and providing broad administrative support. We are looking for a highly resourceful, proactive and approachable professional with the ability to roll their sleeves up and make a difference.We will offer you unique exposure across the entire People Team and our diversified business as an ASX100 market leader with the opportunity to influence as a trusted partner.What you will be doingProviding diary management on behalf of the CPO, and other senior stakeholders (in the People Team) in a highly efficient and timely manner.Coordinating Board and Human Resources and Compensation Committee meetings.Producing and formatting high-quality presentations, letters, agendas and minutes.Managing GPTs formal Recognition Awards programs (High Fives, Values Awards and Service Awards) and coordinating the Quarterly Recognition Awards.Managing the expenses of the CPO and People Team and processing purchase orders, new suppliers and Capex requests via GPT's procurement and accounts payable system.Supporting the People team in the management of key administrative tasks.Building effective relationships across the wider EA / PA community.What makes you stand outTo be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant capacity in a professional corporate environment. You have a knack for using software applications including advanced ability in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and love embedding continuous improvement initiatives in your work.
