At the forefront of the financial services industry, this highly- respected Asset Management firm has been providing investment management and advisory services globally for decades.
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Executive Assistant to provide high level support to the APAC CEO, to streamline their busy schedule and bring order to chaos.
Working with a leader who values the skillset of an EA and grants autonomy in managing responsibilities, you will be contributing to the ongoing success of the organisation.
This is a 12-month maternity leave contract based the CBD commencing in January 2025.
Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level assistance to the CEO, including extensive email and calendar management across multiple time zones Act as a key point of contact for APAC stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and facilitating effective communication Manage all aspects of travel for the CEO and team members, including bookings, accommodations, transfers, and visas for both domestic and international travel.
Consolidate board reports, prepare documents, create PowerPoint presentations, and provide ad-hoc administrative support as required.
Oversee office operations, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure a smooth working environment for the local team.
About You: The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting executive or director-level roles, ideally within financial services, and demonstrates: Proactivity & Ownership : A 'can-do' attitude with a drive to contribute to the business's success.
Autonomy & Professionalism : Enjoys a true one-on-one support role with a leader who values the expertise of an EA and grants autonomy in managing responsibilities.
Communication Skills : A professional and polished demeanour, with a flair for engaging clients and stakeholders globally.
Adaptability & Anticipation : Flexibility to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, with an ability to anticipate the needs of the APAC CEO.
Technical Proficiency : Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with exceptional time management and experience working across time zones.
