Make an impact at Serco
As an Executive Assistant in the Growth, Strategy & Government Relations team, you'll play a key role in supporting senior leaders and ensuring the smooth running of our department. This is a dynamic role where you will manage operations for the Chief Strategy & Growth Officer (CSGO) and Director of Growth & Corporate Affairs (DGCA), fostering relationships across the business and with external stakeholders. You will also help coordinate governance processes and contribute to key business initiatives.
Your proactive contributions will help streamline processes and ensure effective communication, making a real difference to our operations and customer outcomes.
As an Executive Assistant, you'll make a positive impact by:

Organising and enhancing the efficiency of the CSGO and DGCA's office
Managing calendars, communications, and travel arrangements
Coordinating meetings with stakeholders and public sector officials
Supporting governance through documentation control and meeting management
Assisting with reports, presentations, and stakeholder engagement plans
Managing recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for the team

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

Experience in executive-level administrative support, ideally with C-level leaders
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel for financial management
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities
A high level of emotional intelligence and professionalism
Experience in report writing and working within complex systems
