Competitive salary package of $115,000 - $120,000 + super

Based in a prestigious organisation that champions excellence in the actuarial and financial services fields, you will be the CEO's trusted Executive Assistant. You'll be at the core of strategic decisions, driving organisational efficiency and facilitating seamless operations. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside executive leaders and liaise with industry influencers, contributing to projects that matter.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, managing schedules, priorities, and correspondence with utmost discretion.
Oversee the planning and execution of Council, committee, and executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring logistics are seamless and cost-effective.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building positive relationships with members, government, and industry partners.
Support HR functions, including onboarding, staff reviews, and maintaining confidential records.
Lead the office administration team to deliver exceptional service, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining a professional environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at C-Suite level, ideally in a member services/association organisation or Financial services industry. Minimum 6 - 8 years.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a meticulous eye for detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to work confidently with high-profile stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SharePoint or similar systems such as Board Effect.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
