Remuneration: $110,000 - $120,000 + Super
About Our Client: We are proud to represent a leading real estate agency located in the Eastern Beaches area, known for their dedication to delivering exceptional client service and achieving outstanding results. They are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized experienced Executive Assistant to support their top-performing Real Estate Director who consistently transacts over 80 properties a year and has over 6 agents working within the business all focused on sales.
Position Overview: As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in streamlining operations and enhancing the productivity of the Real Estate Director. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence. Prepare and coordinate presentations, reports, and other documentation for meetings and client interactions. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote properties and enhance the agency's brand. Manage client inquiries and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and follow-up. Organize and coordinate property showings, open homes, and various events. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Maintain filing systems and databases, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations and project management. Qualifications: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant essential. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software is a plus. A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
