The opportunity: Provide high quality Executive Assistant support to our Pacific Chief Operating Officer and Director of People. Executive support will include diary and email management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, agendas and minute taking, invoice processing and expense reconciliations, and administration for the COO and DoP, and select Corporate services leaders. Create, edit, and distribute documentation, correspondence, reports, and presentations for the COO and DoP. Support the COO and DoP with a variety of operational projects, pulling together data from multiple sources and managing excel spreadsheets and reports. Extensive internal and external client/stakeholder engagement and interaction with executive leaders and their teams. Liaise with external event managers and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of top tier Pacific events. About you: Experience in a similar executive support role working with high levels of confidential data and information. Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude coupled with maturity, confidentiality, and diplomacy. Relationship focused, with highly developed, polished communication skills. Committed, enthusiastic team player, with a passion for helping and collaborating with diverse individuals in a busy environment. Event planning and coordination experience - someone who enjoys the intensity and attention to detail each bespoke event needs. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, effectively handling multiple tasks, managing and prioritising workflow, and anticipating the needs for senior leaders and the business before they arise. Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) knowledge coupled with eagerness and capacity to learn CBRE specific programs. So, what's in it for you?
