Job Description As the Executive Assistant, you will:Support the General Manager in all aspects of their role.Manage and coordinate the GM's diary, ensuring efficient scheduling.Liaise with the leadership team, offshore VP's, and GM's, as part of the regional GM team.Handle all travel arrangements and manage expenses.Facilitate smooth operations during leadership meetings, including room setup and refreshments.Prepare WIP reports and provide end-of-day updates.Manage and adjust critical diary changes as needed.Coordinate events, including budgeting, agendas, and logistics.Take minutes and coordinate town hall and leadership team meetings.Collaborate closely with the wider team to ensure seamless support.
