About the Role We're looking for an Executive Assistant to join on a 9-month fixed-term contract, perfect for someone seeking part-time work.
Ideally, you'll join us for three days a week, bringing your unique energy and skills to our team.
As an Executive Assistant you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer.
You will be a strategic partner, gatekeeper, and friendly liaison between Executives and other team members, ensuring that time is used effectively.
You will have exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while always maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality.
In addition to managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organising travel arrangements, and handling correspondence, the Executive Assistant is an essential team member, playing a vital role in helping the Executive Leadership team and broader business achieve their goals and objectives.
Please note, the role will ideally begin at the end of September 2024.
Your FocusManage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, proactively planning forward, ensuring adequate preparation, and accommodating movements as required whilst thinking strategically about the business needs.Inbox management, including monitoring emails effectively, prioritising, and flagging information as appropriate.Prepare and organise meeting agendas, presentations, and materials.Coordinate and communicate with senior management, board members, and other key personnel.Facilitate the flow of information, including taking notes during meetings and following up on action items to ensure timely completion.Help the CEO communicate effectively with employees including drafting regular communications to the team and stakeholders on their behalf.Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.Arrange travel and other logistics for the CEO and executives.About YouA desire to execute, drive impact, and develop within Cashrewards.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Demonstrate excellent communication skills, including clear and concise written and verbal communication.Demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities as needed.Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and any other systems and tools as required.So if you're keen to jump on board and help us steer this fine ship into the future, don't let this opportunity pass you by.
