Executive/Administrative Assistant Full Time | Sydney CBD | Exceptional Benefits Seeking a highly organised and dynamic Executive/Administrative Assistant to join a National Administrative team within a large organisation based in Sydney CBD.
Supporting the National Administration Coordinator, this role is permanent, full-time and offers exceptional employee benefits including 14% superannuation.
The Role The National Executive/Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring the effective operations of the business.
This position provides essential administrative support to designated National Officials and the Administrative Coordinator, acting as a central touch point for coordination within the organisation.
Your duties will include: Complex dairy management tasks, including forecasting, scheduling, and coordinating appointments Drafting, formatting, and proofreading written reports and meeting minutes to ensure accuracy and clarity Support the Travel & Events team with logistical arrangements, ensuring all travel and event-related tasks are handled efficiently Assist with various projects, ensuring tasks are completed accurately Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies to ensure smooth office operations.
About you To be successful in this role you will have experience in providing high-level support.
You will also demonstrate the below skills and attributes: Strong IT proficiency and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite Strong marketing and social media management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneously.
