We have a rare opportunity for a high energyExecutive Assistant to the Chief Investment Officer and Chief Financial Officer by being the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing administrative tasks and managing complex diaries.
This role will see you partnering with other members of the executive team and employees across the business, you will have a positive mindset, personable and have a history of building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Your talent to pre-empt, the ability to manage and balance competing priorities, and action items and projects, coupled with a attention to detail and strong organisational skills will be highly valued. You'll have a good judgment of a variety of situations and an ability to influence others without relying on hierarchy or position.

Responsibilities include: Stakeholder management and communicationDiary management, scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagementsComplex travel booking and itinerariesExpenses, raising purchase orders, set up new vendorsGenerating and preparing correspondence and reports for the Executive Team and BoardAssist with arranging In-house and external client functionsProject manage assigned tasksCommunication support i.e PowerPoint presentationsManage the CIO and CFO Team Assistant and provide support and guidanceConduct regular check-ins and P&C performance evaluations and coaching as neededAd-hoc responsibilities.Qualifications: HSC or equivalentExperience: Experience in an administrative role, supporting C-Suite senior executivesExperience within the real estate/property industry preferred, but not essentialSkills: Typing skills, 70WPM minimumAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholdersHigh level of confidentiality and discretionDemonstrated ability to 'read the room'Proactive approach with an ability to see the bigger picture and identify opportunities and a genuine willingness to step outside individual remit to provide broader support to other teams where requiredHigh level of attention to detailDemonstrated ability to anticipate the needs of the teamDynamic individual with an ability to manage competing priorities, keep track of open items and influence other to achieve required outcomesResults driven, proactiveStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent time management skills.
