What the day will look like Key responsibilities will include: Diary and email managementMeeting agenda settingMonthly expensesArranging client and team meetingsInternal and external event managementTime recording entry and approvalsSlide deck and report preparationBusiness administration support (Business related Coupa PO, CRM system,SharePoint etc)Booking & arranging travel using our travel portalOn-boarding new staff (IT requests, security pass, induction scheduling)How this opportunity is different This is a pivotal role that demands exceptional time management and organisational skills, an eye for detail and respect of confidentiality, a proactive and flexible attitude and ability to work autonomously in a stakeholder-dynamic environment.
