Permanent, Full-time Opportunity, Sydney CBD location Hybrid working environment, offering starting salary of $106K + super About the Role Provide executive and administrative support to the functional Chief (Group Leadership Team member or Group Executive), in order to contribute to the efficient delivery of business operations and service delivery across the service line. The Executive Assistant is also required to coordinate and manage the administration and logistics of Group and Senior Leadership Team meetings, and others as required that are the responsibility of their office. Our People Awards - On-the-spot Recognition, Quarterly Values Awards & Our People Annual Awards Access to our Employee Assistance Program Duties It's an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as an Executive Assistant you will: Provide executive level and administrative support including, but not limited to, diary and email management and prioritisation, meeting coordination and logistics, minute taking, file maintenance, photocopying and filing, monitoring budgets, reconciling and submitting Purchasing Card expenses, team events, travel arrangements, catering and conferences. Facilitate and screen the efficient flow of information to and from the Group Executive by exercising discretion, initiative and confidentiality to enable highly sensitive matters to be dealt with appropriately. Manage communications for the Group Executive including the distribution of documents, meeting minutes, agendas, source and collate papers for the meetings chaired by the Chief and for the Leadership Team. Build and maintain working relationships with the team, Facilities, Business Technology, Executive Assistant Network and other business areas as required to ensure the successful administration of meetings. Coordinate and create meeting books and loading of papers to the required electronic software. Undertake and coordinate projects as delegated by the Group Executive to ensure planned outcomes are achieved. Skills & Experience Extensive experience in providing executive assistance to a Senior Executive in a corporate environment Successful completion of relevant tertiary qualifications in administration or equivalent skills acquired through practical experience – highly regarded You'll work closely with the Business Engagement Lead to support strategic planning, including organisational & coordination skills Strong organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills Excellent stakeholder engagement and management – internal and external You need to be very proactive, reliable, take initiative, forward plan and adaptive A passion for people and building strong networks You'll need to be resilient and comfortable with working in big team Culture We know our strength comes from the diversity of our people and would encourage people with different experiences and backgrounds to apply.   We are committed to our people's development so the people of NSW can thrive.
