Our client is in search of an experienced Executive Assistant to join their reputable organisation in the Education sector.
This is a contract opportunity providing support to Executive team members within the organisation.
The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can efficiently change directions, and enjoys working both autonomously and collaboratively.
This full-time Monday-Friday position commences immediately.What you'll do:Manage diary and calendarTake minutes and action agenda items at board levelPrepare letters, correspondence, and documentationPrepare budgets and reportsManage phone and email enquiriesPrepare monthly reports and papersAs an Executive Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide senior administrative support to members of the Executive team which include diary management, prepare important documents, handle confidential tasks, and manage communication channels.
Your ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing priorities will be crucial for success in this role.What you bring:Proven experience as an Executive AssistantExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organisational skills with a knack for time managementAbility to multi-task and meet conflicting deadlinesAdaptability and ability to manage changing prioritiesA willingness to apply for a National Police Check is also required.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
