Executive Assistant

Details of the offer

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Screen phone calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate parties as needed.

Meeting Coordination:
Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
Attend meetings to take minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-up on deliverables.

Travel Arrangements:
Plan and book travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for executives.
Handle expense reports and reconcile travel expenses.

Project Management:
Assist in managing special projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
