Continuing full-time Fantastic opportunity for a highly organised Executive Assistant to provide support to the Defence and Security Institute and one of our Pro Vice Chancellor's within the Division of Research and Innovation. Working under general direction, the Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to a Pro Vice-Chancellor and the Executive Director, Defence & Security Institute within the Division of Research and Innovation. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support, coordinating a wide array of tasks from diary management to overseeing significant international delegations. This position is ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic environment and are adept at facilitating smooth operations within a bustling office setting.
