Fast paced environment with a committed team Great career opportunity with South Australia's premier cultural institution The Executive Assistant to the Director provides a comprehensive high quality, professional secretarial and administrative support service, which assists the Director and Art Gallery Board to achieve the goals and vision on the Art Gallery of South Australia. The Executive Assistant will:
Provide high level support to the Director and delegated executive team members in diary management, correspondence with external stakeholders and Government, organising travel and other coordination responsibilities.Act as a senior member of the Art Gallery's administrative team.Demonstrate political astuteness with government, Board and donor relationships.Support the Art Gallery Board and GovernanceCommitteesContribute to the improvement of office systems.Contribute to the highest standards of customer service.Special ConditionsThe Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.Some work outside of normal hours will be required.This role requires a National Criminal History check.
