About the role:
Reporting to the Managing Director and assisting additional Executive leaders as required, the ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and attention for details.
You will have experience managing reception desk, performing administrative duties, and providing support to managers.
Given the dynamic nature of the executive landscape, we rely on the executive assistant to be flexible and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of operations.
Your responsibilities include:
Supporting the Managing Director & other site Managers.
Reception, answering calls and greeting clients
Diary management, organising and coordinating meetings, general administration
Document management and taking minutes
Correspondence and communication, managing emails, responding to requests
Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Booking and managing travel
Research and Reports
To be successful in this role you will require
Minimum 2 years as a PA or EA, or similar
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Advanced administrative and MS Office
Calm under pressure
Confidence and team player
Confidential and proactive attitude
Experience working in a face paced environment
