Executive Assistant

What are you going to doThe Executive Assistant will provide diary support to our director, including scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, and preparing reports. They will also be responsible for document control within SharePoint and minute-taking during meetings. The successful candidate will have experience in event coordination and a solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.Essential skills and knowledgeRequirements:Demonstrable experience in a similar role.Solutions-focused with experience of working in an agile environment.Strong communication skills with experience of working with Microsoft Office suite of products.Provide diary support for director.Document control within SharePoint.Minute taking and event coordination.Must have current Australian work rights.Experience of working within the mining sector is a distinct advantage but not essential.Benefits:12 month contract.Rate $60-75 per hour plus super.Fast moving role.Salary sacrificing.Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Corporate discounts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
