We're passionate about our people, customers and creating irresistible chicken meals.At Chicken Treat, we're serious about providing craveable experiences that put smiles on the faces of our customers… and that's where you come in.About the roleThe Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer of Chicken Treat and performs a variety of tasks that ensure the efficient and effective operation of the state office. This role is the key liaison between the Chicken Treat CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing communications, scheduling, and ensuring follow-ups on key matters. This role also supports the smooth running of the State Office by ensuring office supplies and necessities are available and replenished, including various administrative tasks.NB: This is a part-time role, working four days out of our Support Office in Osbourne Park.Key Activities Include:Executive Assistant SupportSupport the CEO and senior leadership team with calendar management.Reconciliations of corporate expenses.Travel management including the booking of flights, accommodation and hire cars.Preparation and collation of presentations, minute taking, updating actions registers for strategy sessions, state meetings and other meetings.Events ManagementPlanning and management of events such as state meetings team member events, strategy sessions, brand events and other functions.Arranging interstate travel, accommodation, catering etc. for brand meetings and events.Internal Communications and ReportingPrepare written communications on behalf of the brand CEO and brand exec team.Prepare communications on business initiatives to Restaurant Support centre and Franchise network.Management of Master data lists such as store listings.Preparation of reports such as Voice of Customer.Office Management:Oversee the smooth running of the state office, including ordering and replenishing office supplies and coordination of IT activities as required.Coordinate with other departments to ensure office activities align with policies and objectives.Coordinate office events to support a positive and engaged working environment.Complete ad hoc administrative tasks as required.About YouProven track record as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.Strong ability to manage complex schedules, travel, and projects efficiently.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.A passion to improve our ways of working and bringing your best self to work!
