Our Pilgangoora Operation is one of the largest, hard-rock lithium operations in the world and we're expanding production capacity to accommodate the long-term demand in lithium, powered by the transition to clean energy.THE OPPORTUNITY:Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel, this role will provide a range of administrative and organisation support and liaison activities whilst promoting a positive image to all stakeholders, including the Board, Management, employees, internal and external stakeholders.This is a permanent full-time role based at our beautiful West Perth office, near the City West train station.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Mailbox management by monitoring, responding as required and filing emailsDiary management by scheduling meetings, room bookings and appointmentsDrafting, proofreading and editing documents, forms, agendas and presentationsOrganising domestic & international travel, as well as visits to siteManaging logistics for conferences and roadshows including the annual Pilgangoora Investor site visitProcessing monthly credit card statements and expense claimsMaintaining accurate record keeping of the Material Contracts and ASX Disclosure RegistersProviding back-up support for fellow EA's as requiredSupporting the CFO and General Counsel's respective teams including Finance, Legal, IT, Investor Relations, Company Secretariat, Risk & ComplianceAssisting Company Secretariat with monthly Board and Committee Meetings including co-ordinating the Annual General MeetingUpdating Nasdaq IR Insight portal with meeting and conference notes provided by the Investor Relations ManagerLiaising with the Legal Practice Board WA and managing General Counsel's requirements relating to renewal of practising certificateRaising and managing purchase orders and invoicesManaging your area's car bays and assisting with your teams' new starters.ABOUT YOU:Significant previous experience as a PA/EA, preferably within the mining and resources or Legal sectorProficient user of the Microsoft office Suite of products – particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and MS TeamsExcellent customer service standardsTravel booking experience for both domestic and internationalExtremely organised yet adaptableExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and apply discretion as requiredWHAT WE OFFER:Excellent remuneration packageAnnual short-term incentive as a cash bonus or a cash/share combination optionNovated leasing through salary sacrificeHealth & Wellbeing AllowanceAccess to the Company's KidsCo holiday programPaid Parental LeavePaid Community LeaveWHAT WE STAND FOR:Great peopleThink, do, achieveSafety mattersQuality productsValuing our partnersMaking a difference in the worldPROMOTING DIVERSITY:Pilbara Minerals recognises that talented people come from diverse backgrounds, who can contribute to our successes in different ways.
