Executive Assistant

Details of the offer

PA, EA & Secretarial (Administration & Office Support)Full timeAre you an Executive Assistant wizard with the ability to organise, strategise, and work your magic?Do you know how to make your Executive the perfect partner in the fine art of delegation? If so, we need you to guide a busy, jet-setting leader who's never had the privilege of an Executive Assistant before (yes, really!).Our client, an advisory firm, is on the hunt for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a globe-trotting Executive who's in desperate need of your superpowers. As the right-hand person, you'll be handling everything from herding emails and taming the calendar beast, to managing all travel logistics, organising client events, and probably some things we haven't even thought of yet (because you've already got that covered). You'll also be assisting some of your colleagues in the Eastern States and overseas however your main focus will be your Perth based Executive. What you'll do (a.k.a. what they'll finally stop doing on their own)Plan, book, and manage all travel (think jet-setting business, not stay-cationing).Keep the inbox under control (so it doesn't look like a confetti cannon went off).Take charge of the calendar—because double-booking isn't an option.Arrange and execute client events with flair and grace, organising everything from the venue to the food & bev and down to the napkins!Show the Executive the ropes of what an EA can actually do for them!About YouAt least 5+ years experience as an EA ideally within a corporate environment.A travel-planning aficionado who can navigate time zones and tight schedules with ease as well as understand the unique needs of Executives.A detail-loving multitasker who can wrangle inboxes and manage tasks like a pro.Someone that is available outside of work hours every now and again, because you will be working across timezones as well as time sensitive tasks in a constantly changing environment.Cool, calm, collected, and ready to be the yin to their yang.If you think you have the skills and experience, then I would love to hear from you.Next Steps (Read Carefully)Now, before you rush to the "Apply" button I need you to take a moment and read the following of what I require with your application (think of this as my test to the attention to detail that this role requires).I will need your resume but I also need a Cover Letter, one that is addressed to me (Lauren van de Ven) but also explains why you are the best person for this role!Feel free to let your personality and professional traits shine through because, as you will already know, having the skills is only part making this partnership sing!(Submissions without the above will not be considered)
