Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM 1 hour unpaid break

Job Description
As Executive Assistant to the founder, you'll be the linchpin in a fast-paced, diverse business environment.
Your role will be crucial in managing the founder's hectic schedule, coordinating between construction projects and hospitality ventures, and ensuring smooth communication across all facets of the business.
You'll handle sensitive information, manage multiple email accounts, and act as the founder's right hand during extensive travel periods.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into various industries while making a significant impact on a growing business.

Responsibilities
Manage multiple email accounts, triaging and responding to messages on the founder's behalf
Coordinate a complex calendar, ensuring punctual attendance at meetings across various business sectors
Book and manage travel arrangements, optimizing the founder's time and efficiency
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
Potentially manage phone communications, making and answering calls as needed
Assist with budget tracking and basic financial admin tasks
Liaise between different business units to ensure smooth information flow
Requirements
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working with Australian businesses or familiarity with Australian business culture
Proven track record in high-level calendar and email management
Self-starter with ability to work independently and anticipate needs
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask effectively
Proficiency in digital communication tools and productivity software
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and occasional non-standard hours
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Background in construction or hospitality industries a plus, but not required
