Joining WWG is an opportunity to thrive in an inspiring, safe, and inclusive community.About the RoleAs an Executive Assistant, you'll be the backbone supporting two of our Workwear Group Leadership Team members, ensuring they can lead the business with maximum efficiency and effectiveness. You'll actively manage their diaries and handle various administrative tasks, making their day-to-day operations smoother.Additionally, you'll be a key player in our Executive Assistant team, collaborating with your peers to support group-wide projects and tasks. Together, you'll help keep the Workwear organisation running seamlessly.What you'll be doingArrange logistics for leadership meetings, including ensuring location, agenda, and cadences are in order. Prepare presentations and ensure facilities (Teams Rooms) and meetings settings are in place for both in-person and hybrid meetings.Take and issue action items in a timely manner, scheduling and monitoring follow-up actions as needed.Book flights, accommodation, and arrangements for both domestic and international travel; event support and management for small team dinners and team-wide functions; find suitable venues for hosting events.Process expenses, manage workflows and schedule performance reviews.Collaborate with the team of EAs and their respective senior leaders for smooth workflow across the business.Provide general administrative support, including covering short absences at the front reception desk and covering for other EAs on leave.Support projects outside their area that are seen as business critical.Perform any ad hoc administration duties as required.Who we're looking forAt our company, we value not only our great brands but also the people and teams that drive our success.
