Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate arrangements for Board, Director, and Committee meetings, including minute-taking.
Maintain and review Board documents, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
Manage the Board management portal Board Effect, including document uploads and user training.
Support effective Board decision-making and reporting by organizing records promptly.
Prepare meeting papers in collaboration with the CEO, ensuring content accuracy and timeliness.
Assist in managing communications for the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT), ensuring confidentiality.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience in managing board/director/C-suite activities.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Envision, SharePoint, Adobe, and Microsoft Office; experience with board software preferred (e.g., Diligent or Board Effect).
