We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our Chief Operating Office. In this role, you'll provide the Chief Operating Officer (COO) with high quality, accurate, timely and professional executive support and ensure effective communication, administration and coordination with various stakeholders. You will anticipate, plan, and coordinate the development of quality reports and recommendations from the Directorate to the Executive Leadership Team and Council. Additionally, you will exercise independent judgment and considerable initiative to provide a wide range of administrative support to the COO, including correspondence, briefings, diary management, and stakeholder engagement. This is a permanent full time, 70 hour per fortnight role, primarily based at our Wyrallah Road Depot in East Lismore.  What we can offer you Attractive salary on offer for the right candidate. What we trust you to deliver  Deliver a comprehensive range of high quality and confidential administrative duties to support the COO in their leadership and management of the Chief Operating Office. Delegate and prioritise requests by Councillors, General Manager, and Executives to the appropriate business units, and follow up and collate information to ensure the timely processing of requests to meet the Council's and Executives' requirements. Liaise, collaborate and build professional relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders regarding administrative services to ensure effective communication, administration and coordination. Co-manage the COO's office, acting as the first point of contact for stakeholders, and maintain professional and timely communication and correspondence to internal and external stakeholders. What you'll need to be successful Tertiary qualifications related to business administration support is desirable and/or demonstrated relevant experience.
