About the role:Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), in this key role you will provide efficient administrative support to the CEO and Senior Leadership team, including the coordination of internal communications, board reports and events.
This will include:
Provide administrative support by coordinating diaries, scheduling meetings, managing email correspondence, and preparing reports and presentations.Develop and manage content across internal communication channels.Support plan and coordinate leadership and employee events, including conferences and communication activities.Assist with the preparation of Board reports, presentations, and correspondence for meetings.Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, Board members, and community representatives.Working with other administrators to optimise core administrative services.Desired Skills and Experience:What we are looking for:
Experience providing administrative support to Senior Leadership or Executive teams.Exceptional stakeholder management and organisational skills.Experience in corporate communications with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication skills with experience in content creation and management.Certificate in Business Administration, Communications, or similar (desirable).Competitive Remuneration, including 18.5% Superannuation
