Our client, a leading provider who is devoted to worker's wellbeing, requires an Executive Assistant to the CEO who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Executive Management Team. The role requires you to manage the CEO's schedule and facilitate communication across departments. Salary: $100k per year
Location: Newcastle
Job Type: Permanent Fulltime
Key Responsibilities: Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and prioritising tasks.Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.Prepare and organise Board reports, presentations, and correspondence for meetings.Assist in the planning and execution of grants and tender applications.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Manage and perform all other administrative tasks as needed to support the Executive Management Team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field.3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.Current Police CheckIf you have all the necessary qualifications, then please click the "APPLY BUTTON".
