We are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and excellence, always working with the best people, ideas, and materials.Our focus is on delivering projects that not only meet the needs of our clients but also enhance the surrounding community, adding value and ensuring the highest standards of quality are achieved.Due to our continual growth, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to work with our managing director, based in our Cronulla office.At Hicon, your role and responsibilities will include (but not limited to):Report and documentation preparation – typing, collating, editing.Management of schedules, calendars, and appointments.Assisting director with the daily operations of the business including business development, current and upcoming project tenders and daily operational requirements.Manage business property portfolio including strata and insurance compliance.Coordinating travel arrangements.Attend meetings to take minutes & assist with close-out actions.Management of incoming calls, emails and correspondence.Organising, drafting, and maintaining correspondence, presentations, and records.Proactively following up on pending matters.Effective monitoring and actioning of email requests, responding to inquiries.Maintains a level of confidentiality when dealing with all requests.Organises functions and events.Liaising with clients and stakeholders at all levels.You will also need:You will ideally have 3 years of EA experience, with longevity on your CV.Outstanding communication and the ability to establish rapport; excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality; be proactive and be able to take initiative.Advanced in Microsoft Office suite.We enjoy a friendly and social atmosphere along with genuine career progression opportunities based on dedication and capability.There has never been a better time to join us!To be considered for this opportunity, please apply with a cover letter and resume via seek.Your application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as an executive assistant?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Do you have experience in administration?
