Reporting to the Managing Director, Australia and New Zealand you will provide proactive support to key leaders.
You will play a key role in driving optimisation and efficiency.What will you be doing?Provide support to the MD on all day-to-day operationsProviding Diary & email management broader support to 11 members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) across ANZResponsible for answering/redirecting enquiries from internal and external stakeholdersTravel management and coordination for the ELTMeeting preparation including reports, presentations and minutesEffective management of internal relationships – both locally and internationallySupport with special projects and/or events as and when requiredWhat are we looking for?Demonstrated experience supporting leadership teams at an executive levelExperience working within a global organisation is advantageousAbility to support project initiatives, with experience sitting in executive meetings and conferencesCustomer centric focus - ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levelsExcellent communication skills – ability to influence, coach and mentor managers and partner with the businessProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteDiscretion, diplomacy and the ability to maintain confidentialityThere's so much more to KONE than you may realise.Career development and progression opportunities within a global businessA friendly and flexible work environment that makes KONE a great place to workThe breadth of our business means career pathways both local and abroad.
