About the Client: Our client is a widely recognised leader in the property styling industry. They have built a market-leading reputation for sourcing the finest furniture and styling items for installations in high-value residences.

In this pivotal role, you'll provide essential support to the Managing Director and Creative Director, ensuring the administrative side of the business operates seamlessly. But this is no ordinary EA role – you'll be at the heart of driving efficiency, improving processes, and contributing to the continued success and profitability of the company.

Roles & Responsibilities:Provide Top-Tier Support: Manage calendars, book meetings, and assist with email correspondence for two Directors.Streamline Operations: Take charge of client database management, sales administration (tenders and contracts), and job scheduling.Enhance Our Brand: Coordinate marketing materials, photo shoots, floor plans, and branding initiatives.Events: Assist in managing events that the directors host and attend.Deliver Outstanding Service: Liaise with customers and agents to support installations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.Adapt and Assist: Handle ad hoc administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly.
