About the roleAn exciting opportunity has been created for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the team at Pacific Link Housing in Gosford, NSW. This role will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Team, playing a vital part in the smooth running of the organisation. This is a full-time, maximum-term contract position up to February 2026 with a flexible start date, either this side of 2024, or early in the new year.
What you'll be doing Providing comprehensive executive and administrative support including inbox and diary management, and minute takingProject coordination including scheduling, assisting with the preparation of project documents, project reporting, collecting data and basic data analysisMaintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to assist the CEO achieve the organisations' purposeScreening of external new business inquiriesCoordinating travel arrangements, conference and event registration for the broader Executive TeamAssisting with the coordination of board meetings, including agenda preparation and minute takingDrafting correspondence and communications including reports, presentations and briefing notesReconciliation of credit card and other expenses and processing of purchase ordersSupporting the Administration Assistant and Receptionist from time to timeWhat we're looking for A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant with comparable responsibilitiesYou have a high attention to detail with strong technical skills (strong proficiency in Microsoft Office necessary)A passion for quality customer service and a problem-solving attitudeExperience in coordinating agendas and interests of diverse stakeholders toward a common goal or projectAbility to collaboratively work with colleagues and build rapport with key stakeholdersCurrent NSW Drivers Licence and willingness to obtain a Criminal Record CheckWhat we offer As recent state finalists in the Employer of Choice Category at the Business NSW Awards in 2024; we pride ourselves on our fantastic workplace culture, which results from all our employees living the organisation's values (Respectful, Responsible and Resolute) and valuing our employees, their wellbeing and their professional development.
