About the role
An exciting opportunity has been created for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the team at Pacific Link Housing in Gosford, NSW. This role will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Team, playing a vital part in the smooth running of the organisation. This is a full-time, maximum-term contract position up to February 2026 with a flexible start date, either this side of 2024, or early in the new year.
What you'll be doing Providing comprehensive executive and administrative support including inbox and diary management, and minute taking Project coordination including scheduling, assisting with the preparation of project documents, project reporting, collecting data and basic data analysis Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to assist the CEO achieve the organisations' purpose Screening of external new business inquiries Coordinating travel arrangements, conference and event registration for the broader Executive Team Assisting with the coordination of board meetings, including agenda preparation and minute taking Drafting correspondence and communications including reports, presentations and briefing notes Reconciliation of credit card and other expenses and processing of purchase orders Supporting the Administration Assistant and Receptionist from time to time What we're looking for A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant with comparable responsibilities You have a high attention to detail with strong technical skills (strong proficiency in Microsoft Office necessary) A passion for quality customer service and a problem-solving attitude Experience in coordinating agendas and interests of diverse stakeholders toward a common goal or project Ability to collaboratively work with colleagues and build rapport with key stakeholders Current NSW Drivers Licence and willingness to obtain a Criminal Record Check What we offer As recent state finalists in the Employer of Choice Category at the Business NSW Awards in 2024; we pride ourselves on our fantastic workplace culture, which results from all our employees living the organisation's values (Respectful, Responsible and Resolute) and valuing our employees, their wellbeing and their professional development.
