Koorana is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Corporate Services team on a permanent part-time basis for 15 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation.

About the Role
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Operating Officer, ensuring smooth operations and coordination.
The role will include diary and email management, meeting coordination, and preparation of documents for the executive team, including formal communication with external stakeholders such as government officials and funders.
The successful candidate will ensure all support activities align with Koorana's vision and strategic objectives. They will also work collaboratively across all Koorana's teams and provide administrative support to ensure the delivery of efficient and effective quality assurance systems and business operations.
Due to the nature of the role, the candidate needs to be flexible in terms of which days they work as this will change on a week-to-week basis depending upon meeting times, as well as have flexibility about working hours as some meetings are conducted after hours.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Several years of experience in a similar role where you've dealt with diary and email management, correspondence and document preparation, and general administrative support.
Outstanding time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Flexibility in terms of working days.
To be able to work collaboratively within a team.
The ability to work autonomously and be efficient at problem solving.
To have a demonstrated ability to work in a culturally diverse community.
Qualifications & Certifications
Relevant qualifications and/or experience.
Working with Children Check.
National Police Check.
Current Driver's licence.
2 x Covid-19 vaccinations or have an approved medical contraindication certificate.
